Teacher Wins Job Back After Removal For Projects.

Greg Schiller is back in his job, teaching advanced level science classes at Ramon C. Cortines School of Visual and Performing Arts in Los Angeles.  He just cam back from being suspended.  Schiller’s students are high achievers, so when it came time for students to do science projects, Schiller’s students went all out.  Maybe too far.  A school employee saw some of the projects and went to the administration, because he was concerned that some were dangerous.

Administrators agreed and confiscated some of the projects and suspended Schiller.  Schiller was on suspension for about two months.  A substitute had  been teaching his classes, but leaving all the work for the teacher.   For up-to-date news accounts of this story, photos and to post a comment, please access the links below:
