Pinellas County School Superintendent Mike Grego

New Pinellas County School Superintendent Mike Grego is going the extra mile when it comes to Teacher Evaluations.  He is writing a letter that says that the new evaluation system mandated by the state is at best flawed.  Then teachers that receive less than perfect evaluation can opt to put a copy of that letter in their personnel file with their evaluation to help explain a drop in their evaluations.  For up-to-date news accounts of this story, photos and to post a comment, please access the links below:
