New York Finds 104 Staff Student Flings Since ’09, Out of 593 Complaints

The special commissioner of investigations for city schools had been a busy person for the past few years.  Richard Condon has had to go through 593 complaints of sexual misconduct by New York City Schools’ employees.  Of those complaints 104 were founded and the teacher removed from the classroom and charges initiated.  A number of teachers have been sentenced to jail time.  While others have gotten probation or house arrest.
